Returns

Due to the delicate nature of the pins and other items in the shop, all sales are considered FINAL. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send me and email  

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response and will help resolve it as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of any items. We do not offer any exchanges at this time, so should a return be accepted, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only (SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED PREVIOUSLY). Item must be in it’s original condition with all original packaging.

 

How much does shipping cost?

For specific shipping prices, please add the item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout. From here, you'll be able to preview the shipping cost based on your location and the weight of the items you've selected. 

 

Will I need to pay any customs/duties on my order?

For some international countries it is possible. Every country is different when it comes to charging import fees, so it's best to do your research and know what to expect in order to avoid any surprises when receiving your package.

 


The item that I wanted isn't listed for sale anymore. Will it be coming back?

Many of my items are produced in small runs, meaning that availability is very limited, and once they're gone, they're likely gone for good. However, if there's enough demand for an item, I may consider bringing it back at some point. The best place to watch for product updates is on my instagram account @meowamorcreative

 


Do you sell wholesale to shops?
