How much does shipping cost?

For specific shipping prices, please add the item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout. From here, you'll be able to preview the shipping cost based on your location and the weight of the items you've selected. 

Lost Package

Once your package leaves my hands, I have no control over the package. If the package has been marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local post office immediately!

They will be able to help you more than I as one of the following might be the cause:
  • Your mail carrier may have marked the package as delivered early - it could show up in a day or two.
  • Your mail carrier delivered your package to a neighbor. Check with your neighbors to see. Many carriers will ask if you've done this before starting a claim.
  • Your mail carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unable to. Usually your carrier will make another attempt on the next business day. Sometimes, the only thing to do is wait an additional business day to see if the package shows up.
  • Your package was sent to the wrong address. Sometimes this happens if you have an outdated address for your account. Double check that the address was correct. 
  • Delivery of your package was unsuccessful. This can happen for a variety of reasons, but normally in this case, the package will be sent back to me. If I get any return packages, I'll try my best to contact you via email to confirm a delivery address before I send it back to you.
  • Your package is lost or stolen. If you suspect your package has been stolen or was lost in transit, please open a mail theft case with USPS and get in touch with me.
It is your responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office in regards to lost packages marked as "delivered." 

 

Received Wrong item

I do my absolute best to make sure the right items get to the right people - but I am a one-woman show, so mistakes can happen. If you received the wrong item, please contact me at meow@meowamorcreative.com ASAP. 

If you are located within the United States, I can send a replacement. 

If you are international unfortunately I cannot offer replacement at this time due to high shipping but I will immediately send you a refund for wrong item and a discount for future purchase.

 

The item that I wanted isn't listed for sale anymore. Will it be coming back?

Many of my items are produced in small runs, meaning that availability is very limited, and once they're gone, they're likely gone for good. However, if there's enough demand for an item, I may consider bringing it back at some point. The best place to watch for product updates is on my instagram account @meowamorcreative

An item came in damaged!

I do my best to pack items carefully to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at meow@meowamorcreative.com ASAP. 

 

Can you do a custom pin of my cat?

Short answer is no, since enamel pins need to be produced by my manufacturer it requires a minimum of 100 pins per design which is expensive. However I do take suggestions on what you would like to see in future, and if theres enough interest by my followers then I may consider to move forward ordering the pin design. 

Can I hire you for a commissions

I am no longer open to commissions. Unfortunately I no longer have the time or bandwidth to continue this, due to life changes.

Do you Ship to Europe and UK?

Unfortunately because of new VAT changes as of 2021 I can no longer ship to Europe or UK. However I reopened my etsy shop to be able to continue to ship to these places. Please check out my etsy shop

I don't list every item on etsy since it makes it impossible for me to keep track of inventory on both, so if theres something on my website you really want that isn't on Etsy, please let me know and I will add it for you ! meow@meowamorcreative.com 

Will I need to pay any customs/duties on my order?

For some international countries it is possible. Every country is different when it comes to charging import fees, so it's best to do your research and know what to expect in order to avoid any surprises when receiving your package. You are responsible for paying your country's VAT
