I use Flodesk to contact viewers and send them periodic updates and news. Users sign up on their own and I will never sign You up to my newsletter without your consent. And I certainly will never share, trade, or sell your details to any other business for them to contact you.
Sign ups to the newsletter does mean entering your email address, but no other information is required. You can unsubscribe from my email newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email that goes out. If you experience an issue with unsubscribing, please contact me.
Flodesk does collect some data about how many times a newsletter is sent, has been opened, and if any links are clicked on; this information is used to help me monitor and improve my newsletter.
When you use my contact form, you’ll be asked to provide your name and an email address. This information is sent to my email so I can answer any question you may have for me. Though my email has a custom domain, it is provided by Gmail which is secure to protect any information you send to me.
Any details you include in the contact form (name, email, etc) is only used to respond to your questions or concerns. This information is not saved and not used for any other purpose.
Placing an Order
When you purchase from my shop, there are some details collected from you in order to fulfill and ship your order. Your information is not used for any purpose other than fulfilling your order or contacting you about your order. Information collected includes:

- Your mailing address
- Your email address
- Your payment information
My website/shop is hosted by Shopify, which is specifically designed for a secure online shopping experience. If you choose to pay with a credit card, Shopify has access to some of those details to process payments, but this information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for the lock icon in the address bar of your browser.
I use USPS as a mail carrier and in order to ship your order to you, your name and address is printed on the front. USPS is given no other information about You.
I take great precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via this website, your information is protected both online and offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (fulfilling your order) are granted access to any personal information.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
